The absence of an Ice maker in the refrigerator was kinda of a bummer having to take the elevator to the first floor to get ice.
As I was checking out I did notice someone coming to the front desk stating that her proximity access card had demagnetized and was requesting a new card for her room, the staff person asked for her room and made her a new card for that room without asking for any identification which I think was a possible security breach and the staff should be better trained in that area as it looked like anyone could of asked for a card to get into anyones room.

Rooms were very nice, full kitchens. The Silverton Casino is right across the street and is a very nice casino and is attached to the Bass Pro Shop. The staff was very nice and pleasant, plenty of lighted parking, nice swimming pool area, could use a little more shade cover
