Types of Timeshare

There are more than 6,000 timeshare resorts/properties around the world, ranging from studios in Miami Beach to longboats on the canals in England. What they all have in common is that they are either deeded to the owner in perpetuity or leasehold for a certain number of years or uses. Additionally, the vast majorities of timeshares are sold and operate on a weekly basis or a point basis.

No single type of timeshare is ‘the best.’ The purchase of a timeshare should take into careful consideration the type of ownership that best fits your specific needs.

Nice Quiet Vacation Location

This resort is not on the coast; it is in TN about an hour and a half east of Nashville and an hour west of Knoxville. [more]

Overall was a Great stay.

We had experienced a few things wrong with the rooms, the formica is peeling up from the countertops neer the range and the tile on the floors was separating from the floor.. [more]

Hooray for HOllywood

There are no overhead fans in the units, also the windows do not open for fresh air. We sneezed a lot, had to get some live large leaf plants for our unit. [more]

Very pleasant and quiet

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My kids loved the theater and used it twice and we were the only family there. The front desk was great and very accommodating. [more]

Very good, nice staff, easy parking.

Leave more coffee filters in general and perhaps one packet of coffee to get your vacation started more easily. Otherwise everything neat and clean. Good location on cape cod. [more]
